A Pastel with Florals Family Affair

I think how to dress for a family session is often one of the most asked questions I get. For me, my favorite session was the one by Diana Palmer of YanPhotography where I literally let me kids pick out their own clothes. But I get it. It’s a process to dress sometimes 20+ family members. For me, my rule of thumb is complementary colors with the kids in patterns/florals that tie together all the colors the family members wear.

So when this family walked down the street to met, I smiled with their choices.
